A fascinator is a hair accessory often worn at British formal events. It is a style of millinery that can be small or large and is often made with feathers, wool or straw.

If you are thinking of testing this style at an event, follow fascinator etiquette and try on several styles ahead of time. The day of the event, backcomb your hair and secure it firmly in place before you step out the door.

Make sure your fascinator is event-appropriate. Formal or semi-formal events are best for a medium to large fascinator. Casual events work better with a clip or headband fascinator.

A headband fascinator is attached to a slim metal or cloth band that goes around the top of your head; the feathers, flowers or other material usually sits halfway between the ear and the top of the head on either side.

A barrette fascinator. Secured with a sectional clip or a spring clip, this fascinator is an accent to a fancy hairstyle. It can secure your part, clip next to a bun or attach at the base of a braid.
A mini-hat, or cocktail hat, can be a small version of a hat, a small curved piece of felt or straw, or it can be every bit as big as a hat. It is usually secured by a headband, an elastic band or a comb.

Sashes, or belts, are a new addition to the LinmiR products as well as a new favourite wedding accessory that is still fresh on many people’s discovery list. Sashes are multifunctional. Sashes are more glamorous alternative to a belt. When worn as a belt, the sash will add detail and colour to that special dress around the waist. It could also be worn as a headpiece to create a 1920’s Hollywood glamour, or the Gastby look. They can also be worn around the neck as a neckpiece.

A sash can be worn by a bride,  bridesmaid or even a guest to complement the dress and enhance the beauty of the dress.

Our sash comes with 2-3 metre-long ribbon which gives it a universal fitting with the option of cutting down the ribbon to the length you want to reduce on the unwanted material. At the center of the sash is an applique or brooch attached to a satin or grosgrain ribbon.

Our sashes come in various colours of the satin with a variety of decorations to choose from.

A floral crown is a vintage, whimsical and bohemian-inspired decorative wreath or cord usually made of flowers and/or leases that is used at festive occasions that could make a more colourful substitute for a crown.

Although it is mostly brides who are turning to the floral headdress, it is also gracing the heads of many of the most chic and stylish brides, bridal party and guests so there is no need to wait for a wedding to wear this pretty headdress! You can wear it low with relaxed hair styles for perfect part occassion. The floral crown is becoming a cute festival must-have head accessory that will make  any outfit irresistibly pretty.

Because the flower crown is such a style statement, your gown and accessories should support that statement. The most successful looks to compliment a flower hair wreath are bohemian, beach or garden inspired.
